Eee PC 1000HE
Introduced in February 2009, the Eee PC 1000HE is the newest kid on the block from Asus.
The 1000HE is powered by the new Intel Atom 280 chipset and has been praised for its new keyboard, which is a vast improvement on previous models, and may be a consideration if you do a lot of typing, and improved battery life, with some reports stating up to an incredible 9.5 hours of usage.
Armed with a 160GB (with Windows XP pre-installed) hard drive and 1GB of main memory, the 1000HE gives you all the power of a full notebook in a compact netbook form factor.
